What does the board want?
A target every quarter. The first two are about getting an airline off the ground — airports served, passengers carried — and only once there is something to measure does it start asking about money.
Missing one costs confidence. Missing several ends the airline. The Goals panel shows what is being measured and how far along you are, and it is worth checking before the quarter closes rather than after.
